Peter Manno Sr. - President

Peter Manno Sr. has an impressive security industry background spanning over 15 years of service. Peter's wide range of industry experience includes managing security guards, owning his own uniform services company, and serving in several security sales, account management, and supervisory roles. Over the course of his career, Peter has worked with some of the top security firms and Fortune 500 companies. As President, Peter oversees the daily operations of the firm, provides dedicated account management services, and handles the firm's administrative matters.

Ben Santana - Vice President

Benjamin Santana owned and operated a highly successful security guard company for over twenty years prior to founding PMI in 2004. Benjamin's extensive experience includes providing top security services to leading retail establishments, commercial institutions, and property management firms.

Peter Manno Jr. - Executive Vice President

Peter Manno Jr. heads PMI's Suffolk County division and is responsible for the hiring and scheduling of guards, background investigations, and field supervision. In addition, Peter plays an active role in the firm's recruitment efforts and new business development. Peter has a Business Management degree & Criminal Justice degree, and aslo a strong customer service orientation and he aims to provide dedicated service to each of his accounts.

Jason Jendrewski - Marketing Manager

Jason Jendrewski focuses on the business development and marketing functions of the firm. Jason's experience ranges from the financial services, sports and legal industries, and he brings a wide range of abilities to round out PMI's management team. His corporate sales and marketing background has helped him in his efforts to develop PMI's client base and build our brand.

Arthur Egidi - Financial Director

Art Egidi is our sales & financial director. He brings with him over 40 years of hands on professional experience in the field of corporate accounting, taxation and business finance as well as extensive sales analysis.

Robert Capobianco - Director of Sales and Marketing

Robert is the Director of Sales and Marketing for PMI Security. Robert's educational backgrounds includes a Bachelors and a Marketing degree in criminal Justice and Business Administration. Robert has been in the security business for over 5 years and has previously owned and operated his own business for twenty five years. Robert is charge of maintaining his accounts and making sure the client is taken care of in the most professional manner.
